Responsible

• Preparing order to the factory, record database, invoices & packing lists, Form D, Form E, Certificate of Origin and other export shipping documentation
• Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of shipments in accordance with required delivery schedules
• Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarder companies
• Coordinating with other departments, both internal and external parties.
• Preparing documents and reports for the Sales Team.
